Q: What time can I expect Ronnie’s staff to arrive at my event location?
A: For an event with up to 100 guests, our staff will arrive approximately one hour and a half before the serve time. For events over 100 guests, our staff will arrive approximately 2 hours before the serve time. This is to ensure adequate time to set up and start preparing the food.

Q: Does the “serve time” include set up and cook time?
A: The “Serve Time” is the time the food will be out and the buffet will be ready to go. Our staff will continue to cook and replenish the buffet as needed throughout the entire serve time. This time does not include set up and cooking time.

Q: What form of payment is acceptable for the final balance?
A: We will accept cash or personal checks to settle the final balance the day of the event. We cannot accept credit cards for the final balance.

Q: Will Ronnie’s provide plates, napkins, and utensils?
A: All of our BBQ packages include disposable plates, napkins, and utensils.

Q: What are “Full Fixin’s” and what do the condiments include?
A: Full Fixin’s include lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles for the burgers. Condiments include ketchup, mustard, relish, and butter for the corn.

Q: Do you offer tastings?
A: Ronnie’s does not offer tastings but we can offer references.

Q: Will Ronnie’s provide a tent and tables for the food?
A: We will provide serving tables and a tent to cover the buffet area.

Q: I would like to rent tents, tables, and chairs for my guests. Does Ronnie’s provide this service?
A: Ronnie’s does not rent tents, tables or chairs for guests, but we have two great companies that we recommend to our customer for all of their rental needs:
